you have tor requesr forr the official transcirpt from college qhere u have done ur degree .. the college will tell u qhere u can get the transcirpts ... ... ! the issuing institute will directly send ur official sealed transcript ( it should not be opened )to the ucw in canada. you will not submit it ..

yes . they will senf loa when u will pay the university fees ...
