Good morning everyone,

I went to Scarborough Town Center to write my Citizenship test this morning and went very well. Test started around 8:30 and took about 10 mins to finish the test.

Scored 19/20. I don't know where I missed one.

Anyways, the items I have noticed when I was there in the exam room. People have to score >= 15 out of 20 questions and have 30 minutes to complete the test. They have multiple versions of test.

Rest is all straight forward, once done the test hand int the paper to the officer and move in to another room where they do the interview.

Officer said should hear about the oath in 4 - 6 weeks.

Merry Christmas and New year 2015 fellas!

Thanks,

Pradeep

Merry Christmas everyone and a happy new year
I received today a test invitation on jan 12 to take test by mail ... Hamilton office
God is generous and kind to everyone so thank god

Just noticed something, Scarborough only has January 9, 2015 updated on their website so far for a Citizenship ceremony.
hmmm ::) Do I smell same and next day ceremonies for Scarborough January the 8th and 9th test takers?

P.S. Kitchener, Windsor, Hamilton, Kingston have dates spread through out January.
Hamilton and Windsor have ceremonies as early as December 30, 2014
With Mississauga doing ceremonies every day in January back into February

lets hope they update some more dates for Scarborough soon, This way the folks being called in for tests can complete their journey in a timely manner.

Congrats!

I went there on 23rd for the 10:15 test and also scored 19/20. :) Hopefully we will hear soon for the oath letter. Also, my online status is not changed yet. It still says "we started processing...".

Best of luck to all May 2014 applicants!

do any of the May applicants see a local office transfer date in ECAS? Looks like June applicants are able to see when the file was transferred to local office as well. I cant see the same in my ECAS update.

Application Sent May 1, 2014.
Application Received May 5, 2014.
Page updated as 'in progress' July 28, 2014.
Booklet received August 2014.
Notification of citizenship interview received Dec 11, 2014.
Interview in Scarborough Dec 23, 2014.
Approved.

Was told that a letter would be sent out in 2 weeks with a notification of ceremony date.

Last time when I called CIC agents ..I was told that my file transferred to Scarborough office in Nov .14 and all my background verification's has been done . every thing going will and the next step will be the test . my expectation was to hear something in december but nothing at all . I pray to finish our citizenship journey in January 2015.
