Receiving line dissappear today....seem like my file is a saturday file...progress only happen on saturday.

Just wondering : I thought we can't see online (ecas) when we receive convation for test.

Appears that we can be informe for the test online. For those wo have received tests, have you first received a letter or could you see it same time on Ecas ?

AOR and booklet received on Aug 22.

Application was sent on April 25th and received on May 5th...AOR and Study book was sent 5th May.
Cic started to process my aplication on July 9th....receiving line dissapear yesterday in the afternoon..

i am not able to see my application online. checked in for ecas this morning, and nothing comes up anymore, its weird becasue i had been able to see my details, when the receieved it and when they started to process the application until Friday last week...is this a good or bad sign? has this ever happened to anybody?

Here is my updated timline:

Received application May 22, 2014.

Started processing application on July 22, 2014.

Recieved AOR and booklet August 22, 2014.

Now we wait

Hi All,

It seems the applications for the year 2014 are moving little bit quicker. I see most of the friends of March 2014 are receiving Test dates for Aug/Sept. It is almost 6 to 7 months from the date applied to Test date.

Isn't it a good sign?

Since we are all May candidates - Is it too optimistic that we expect our Test dates in October / November timeframe? Of course - there are so many in between processes like Local office transfer, documents request etc..

But the trend this year seems to be faster.

As SenoritaBel mentioned that the Citizenship officer during Interview talked about speed in citizenship processing after the new bill became Law....

I would suggest to try again in the next couple of days mb just a technical computer error on their side .. If still not working the only thing to do is to call cic and explain the situation
