Hi,
I need someones help to know so please help me. thanks
Application for my husband received at CIC, Missisuga on 5 oct 2011.
I called them 30 jan 2012 and they said to me that my Application approved 22 Dec 2011 they also sent me a letter on 22 dec 2011 but on 30 jan 2012 i did not received any letter. I requested them to send me another letter they sent me a letter same day but very sad its three weeks im not receive any letter from them. Right now im wondering becouse if i not receive my letter i cant apply for CSQ for him and as far as i know PR application is not starting till the CSQ have done.

Please i need your help...my husband is outside canada and his visa office in singapore which is also very slow. What can i do right now to get my letter soon. I would like to tell you i forgot to give my Email on my application form.Thanks again....

SORRY TO HEAR THAT
i think you should check your mailing address with CIC. or you can contact your MP office. can you sign in your e-CAS??
if you can , i think you can change your address there or you can send an email to CIC to correct your address and dont forget to include your name, application number, date of birth and UCI number in email. try to call them again

aaah that's unfortunate and yeah it looks that singapore will wait for the csq before they start anything but i don't think the csq will slow it down too much
call CIC and tell them that no letter again and also ask them how to add an email address to the application

also contact the post office and tell them the story...they shouldn't loose the same thing for the same recipient twice

u r not the only one but maybe the one in this thread got it, ask him

yes i have contact with them also post office but nothing possitive.....bad thing is i forgot to give my email on my application form....
is there anything i can do for add my email to my application?
whats mean MP i should look at?

MP = member of parliament the one elected in ur region at federal level....they deal with immigration a lot but not sure how it's helpful now....it is helpful when ur application passed the timeline, u have no news, etc....they can inquiry for you....but u do know u were approved right? it's just that u don't have the letter

anyway u can definately try and ask them to get involved too....good luck!
