I don't know why you did WES evaluation because you only need it if you want to do PR. You need to upload the documents to myHumber if you want them to asses your application.
Upon checking the college's website, WES evaluation is needed for international applicants.
That is only for Canadian students who have done studies abroad. I did not do WES evaluation and I have offer letter from Humber.

Yes, while filling out the application itself I uploaded and then paid the application fees. I then got a humber ID and password
Hey Guys, I applied to Sheridan for Public Relations and Corporate Communication for the fall intake on 20th of January. My IELTS score is a 7.5, no band score is below 6.5. What are the chances of me getting into the college? I applied for Grad Certificate. Plus, by when should I expect the LOA?

Updates: Went with Humber offer letter since Sheridan seems to be taking its own sweet time again, I also can decline the Humber offer at any time so in case I get Sheridan offer letter before I process the loan I can consider it.

So you are still waiting for Sheridan? Did you sent them any mail asking about offer letter?
Not actively, if it happens to come I will consider but I am mostly going with Humber now.
How did you get notified that you were accepted at Humber did you get an email or you had to manually open myhumber.ca?
