MEP: 07th Aug

Also ask them when was your file transferred to Ottawa ? That is a good indication of timeline, ottawa processes faster. on average it takes 30 to 45 days for issuing PPR's once they receive the file

@Tomi2 any ideas??Hey guys
Wondering if anyone knows. I have over 10 yrs experience with in my field that i applied for, do CIC only look at ur Canadian experience for the NOC code requirements or all of my years experience under that NOC code?? @legalfalcon Any ideas??
They look at the letter you gave them and see if the descriptions matches the NOC code you are claiming..@Tomi2 any ideas??
Ive given them 3 different Letters for all my experience for 10 years, both here in Sydney and Vancouver. Do they only take into consideration re the NOC code my Candian experience or all of my letters? Ive worked for the same company both in Australia & Canada. I transferred with them back & forth. BUT my Aus experiance matches the NOC code more so. The duties in Canada were kind of the same but worded differently... if that makes sense?!They look at the letter you gave them and see if the descriptions matches the NOC code you are claiming..
