May intake! Applied ONLINE for study permit on 31 Jan 2015. Pls help!

Any update Mpk? Just to clarify? Ur problem was u were instructed to submit the additional documents they requested thru ur MyCIC account since u applied online but then u were not able to submit thru MyCIC?

Last week I was asked of an additional doc as well.. I had a hard time looking for a portal to upload my document but luckily I still found it.. It was uploaded.. But no update until today from them though.. It's not yet March 3, u still can submit it.. Click on "View Submitted Application" under the list of messages in ur MyCIC.. There u will see the list of the documents u already submitted when u applied and there is a row showing the document they requests and the "Upload" button.. However ur status is cancelled.. I dont know exactly what it means..
 
Yes, I cannot upload the documents they asked for, in my CIC account.

I have checked the "view submitted documents" page but in my case it shows the same documents that I submitted along with my application and there is no additional document link where I can upload my other documents.

So, I have already sent my documents through email and case specific inquiry web form. Now, I will fax the documents tomorrow. That is the last option I guess. I am hoping to see an update from them after all this.

Good luck then Mpk.. Definitely, it's hard to communicate with them.. They are some untouchable beings.. :)

Does anybody know, whats the maximum time by which the embassy must make a decision for study permit application?

Later they asked for education degree through email, So I sent them my degree, mark sheets and IELTS test results by email as there was no link on my CIC account to upload them.

Since then I have receive no update if they have received my documents; and neither there is any update of my status on my CIC acc. The processing time of 3 weeks have already exceeded!

The day after i submmited online of my application on Jan.13,2015..cic notified me thru email.. I wonder why you have not receive msg for confirmation of your app. also til now no news for update.

Hi, I did get confirmation of my application but not for the additional documents I sent through email.

And its almost 6 weeks now but there is no update on the status of my application. I don't know how long will it take.

Did you get ur visa?
