Its best not to argue with them and give them what they asked you for. Good luck, seems like its an approval.

Didn't argue with them. It normally takes 6 weeks to get a PCC here and I was only given 3 weeks to submit, so had to request an extension. Luckily, I was able to get an expedited service.
Here's my timeline. It was extremely fast and for a couple of days, I was in disbelief.

Biometrics: 04/03/2021 (updated the same day)
PPR: 10/03/2021
Passport couriered to VFS: 12/02/2021
Status updated to approved and received the welcome letter: 18/03/2021

Biometrics done on 19th Jan.
BVL on 3rd March.
Refusal on 4th March. And it was based on financial statement and personal assets. That the statement was not from an approved financial institution. Just that ooo.
Reapplication on 18th March.
