May I know what this status means

Hi,

I sent PCC, RPRF to Immigration Delhi on 16th June and today my status got updated as below. I am not sure what they meant, whether they got my PCC and RPRF or if they didnt receive my documents. Does this mean any rejection? Has anybody gone thru such situation? plz respond.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 20, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on October 30, 2014.
3. We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on September 5, 2014. The New Delhi office may contact you.
4. We sent you correspondence on June 1, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5.We sent you medical instructions on June 1, "To your address". To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the correspondence to the wrong address, please contact us.
6. Medical results have been received.

I have not come across this. When did you receive your 'Medical results have been received' update?

I have got the "Medical results have been updated" on 23rd June.Till this morning I had only 3 lines but afternoon onwards the status has been updated with these 6 lines. Is there any chance for rejection?

I have also observed the same!
Lines are changed from 3 to 6 today!
