He just finished his studies. He applied there for masters but he want to visit country for 3 months.
For finici support he is dependent on dad and on me. So do you think he should come alone ??
He can certainly visit alone. Like I wrote earlier, he must bring have a return ticket + evidence of his ties and finances

Email from NDVO: May 31st. that the application reached their office
Email from NDVO: June 10th. that the load is high and to expect delays in processing
Eligibility Review: June 13th
Visa Approved/Passport Request: June 15th
She had no prior travel history outside India.

But there is no update. Still they showing your application has been cancelled.

We did not provide any flight tickets.. But she has a one way from india to canada booked. Do we have to take the return ticket before landing?
Yes For sure to be on the safer side as after visa on the POE they will for sure check for return tickets.
What is the expiry date for your brother's visa.. if you don't mind my asking.

The OP has been given a new application number. This means processing is current ongoing based on the new application. It will follow its own course and time
I guess he’s frustrated by his status saying application is cancelled.
Hopefully in a couple of days he’ll be getting a decision or an update on his status.
