Means i have to create gckey account on my own and agent did not create such account on the time of submitting the file

I would recommend u to ask ur consultant first coz if u linked yu application dey wont receive further updates on ur file in email.
From where u r applying ?
Basically all agents apply thru offline mode and only few create or link applications to gckey
I have online tracking no which show it is in delhi office
Nd i think my agent apply online because after 2 days of apply i got message on my phone that your passport is in chandighar and this is your tracking no.
We all have tracking id which starts like date on which ur file was submitted 20810516JUSTUXXXXX
And that msg is sent to everyone who submitted their file offline.
From where did u applied?
I also got one msg on 19th may
Stating that proccessed passport has been received at visa application centre chandigarh
And visa application is forwarded to canda visa office
