All applicants won't get decisions simultaneously as visa applications are not processed in batches.

Processing is in a first in, first out basis. But this is at the initial stage. Subsequently, processing time would depend on the specifics of each application

I got a message yesterday to submit proof of employment and income for the host.

Going to submit last 6 months payslips and experience letter from the company. But the issue is my brother (host) has not yet resigned in Pakistan and is on long leave, so he will be getting the experience letter from Pakistan. He is in Canada from June start only. Applied for mother's visit visa.
