Out of 195 countries in this world, how many countries had got privilege of "SPP" in the past?
Out of 195 countries in this world, how many countries now have the privilege of "SDS"?
It is not only the matter of study visa, if you don't overcome your thought process you are going to create more unhappy classrooms, unhappy work places, unhappy families and unhappy societies in future.

Interesting. Anyway, wouldn't wish to escalate this further. Let's keep it civil.
But as I said, I have been waiting for 10 weeks, when they said 4-6 weeks for decisions. That's double the average time. And no communication from them explaining the delay (Yes, doesn't matter which organisation is it, if you can't keep up deadlines, it's basic courtesy to communicate) Yes, they have come up with these new "schemes" to accelerate visa applications, most of which are relevant only for applications post the date of the launch of the scheme. But all these are just names if they can't live up to it.
Sorry, If you feel "negative energy" emanating from my posts, but I am a sucker for professionalism, communication, and keeping to deadlines (Have been brought up so in my familiy & work places. pretty sure they aren't unhappy, or at least I hope so).

Hey guys I applied on 18th of may and till today there is no update last I get was sds Mail. Seems like offline applicant are getting there visa faster than the online . I saw one guy who applied on 5th June offline and got his visa approved today .

I know a guy who applied on 28th may online university category, he got passport submission instruction 4 days back. So don't agree with offline applicants getting the visa faster.

CIC processing time: 6 weeks
Actual time lapsed: 9 weeks
My status says you do not need medical exam. We will inform you if you need one. My application is in progress and we will inform you once the final decision is made.

Me too bro. Know a guy from my same university and same course, who applied on 27th may, online. And he got his visa last week.
From what I understand, lots of applications between April mid and may mid are the ones suffering the most.
