No updates... and not able to get to the CIC agents.. waiting seems to be the only option
i think so..
7 months in couple days here.. 212 days.. we cant do anything other than just waiting..
Im June 15 & been in NA since Oct 4th. No changes
I spoke to two different agents a few weeks ago & they advised that due to a high number of applications they are adding additional 4 months to process them. Then i spoke to another agent & she hadnt heard of anything like that so im unsure what is going on. Seems as tho May & June are getting left behind. My friend applied in Oct & got his already.. its brutal

I believe that each case gets treated in a unique manner and that no two cases are alike.. that said, I do believe there is some connection with the April, May & June cases leading to the decision taking a longer time than usual.. Like someone wrote, we can only keep patience and hold on praying for the best outcome.. Lets wait and watch and hope that all of us get the golden mail sooner than later. And yes there is a high number of applications leading to backlog but the April, May and June guys seem to be affected the most. All the best to all
Nothing at all, I tried calling the London VO but couldn't get through to anyone.
Aor may 6th here, my boss got a call from cic that confirmed my employment. That was during na2, after that my background return to in progess, but the wording is the same ip1 wording"your bavkground check is in progress, we will send you a message when we start your background check" . nothing I can do rightnow ,just waiting my GCMS......
I've seen several people posting that their employer were contacted and they all were LMIA.
It's normal then.
