yesterday, Canada announced that having a letter of attestation is compulsory for a student visa but I am a May intake student, my file is ready to submit but as per this rule, this letter is compulsory so what should I do, how to get this letter ?

wait for your province to make the announcement. British Columbia said they'd announce next week. Ontario is "still running numbers." I contacted MPP in Ontario responsible for this (Ministry of College and Universities) haven't heard back and don't expect a great reply anyways

Good Day, Please does the Post Graduate Certificate need Attestation Letter too? IRCC said Masters, Ph.D., and other Post Graduate programs don't need attestation letters. So am a bit confused.

Hello, yes it is confusing. It's best to ask international support at your institute

The certificate and diploma programs require an attestation letter.
