Need suggestion - I applied for Super Visa for my parents on May 28th. Biometrics are already submitted from previous VV rejections.
Mother's UCI and biometrics are updated similar to the previous applications.
But for my father, new UCI is generated and biometrics are not updated.
Should I raise a webform or call IRCC regarding the same.

I provided them with CA evaluation and all the bank statements for my mother also promised to pay for all the expense when she comes here.
The thing that bothers me is that the visitor visa and Super visa both goes to same pool, SV should have a different section so that officer knows that this application is for Super visa not visitor visa.
Did you provide NOA2024 meeting LICO? Proof of your own personal savings? What is your mother’s country or citizenship?
Yes, I provided them with my NOA, bank accounts showing $40,000 and also showing that on my current residence I am living for past 4 years.

They have already rejected 3 visitor visa of my mother- 1st one was rejected because she didn't check her biometrics email and the application was auto rejected. Since then it has been continuously rejecting.
This was the first time I applied for SV as I recently became PR and they rejected this one too.
What were reasons for refusal? What is recently became PR? Single? Just mother? IRCC now thinks she is desperate to come to Canada.
Insufficient funds, won't leave Canada at the end of stay.

What are the ways in which I can fix this and get it approved?
So your parents are divorced or father has passed? Even with a supervisa she needs to show ties to return so what did she show? When did you become PR?
Nope, my father doesn't really wanna come he is happy there but my mother wanted to visit. I became PR in Feb.
I showed affidavit from my father and my sister.
So you your NOA from 2024 doesn't count as you were not PR then. You have been PR for only 3 months. You don't meet LICO so wait until 2025 for supervisa with NOA and T4. Not sure point of affidavit.
I was only inviting 1 person from my family i.e my mother and according to IRCC $30,000 should be your income in order to be eligible for SV. My income was more than $40,000 and I am unmarried.
I am surprised that they dropped the income requirement for 2024. For LICO for family size of 2:
