Submitted in April 2024, still in background checkingHi, Everyone. I just submitted my inland spousal sponsorship application. I thought everyone applying in the same category in May 2024 could share their timelines and questions here. Let's help each other!
Idk if that made a difference in my application or it’s just a coincidence but I couldn’t access the application status tracker, so on Feb 22nd I submitted a web form to fix the tracker issue and inquire about my application.
Feb 26th I was able to access the tracker and background check was showing “in progress”.
Then Feb 28th background check was completed, but it did not update on tracker till March 3rd when I received P1.
