So finally my turn :)
All pending steps completed today and scheduled for an In-Person Oath ceremony on 18 December, exactly when I complete 7 months :)
Where is the In-person Oath?

Since I requested to reschedule my ceremony from Dec 4th, I never heard back from them with a new date.

I already saw people being schedule on the 10th, 11th, 16th, 17th and now 18th, but everytime I send a message to them, they say: "there's no ceremony in a future date"

Hello everyone,
Any idea about the non-routine application processing time? It's been 7 months since I applied and 3 months since all steps marked as completed but no update about Oath. I called IRCC today and agent said that since we as a family were asked to do fingerpints so it is non routine. According to him that non routine can take 2-3 years and it is normal. Is it a real thing or agents make these statements to disappoint people not to call IRCC?

Not all routine applications are created equal, far from it. Issues with physical presence or a long security check can definitely drag an application for a long time, but if everything is complete except the oath ceremony, you're probably not going to wait that much longer. We can't really say how long but another 2 3 years would be very improbable in your case.
Feel free to see whether your MP can help speed up the process.

The ceremony is in IRCC Vancouver office.

@hssrp,
I filled the web form to know about my oath date; here is a reply. Do you see anything hopeful in this or is this just a general response they give to everyone:"

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.

The responsible office will review the documents that have been received and you will be contacted if further information is required.

Rest assured that we understand how important this process is for you and we are making all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible. We will inform you once a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

IRCC has updated the processing times for many applications to be more accurate. We invite you to visit our website to learn more about what we changed to better calculate processing times.

Furthermore, we recommend consulting the Check your application status page and to select your type of application for information on how to check the status of your application.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee or citizenship future requests:

Unfortunately, this is the standard reply they send to everyone submitting a webform.

Hi Guys, I had a question regarding the security clearance. Everything is passed for me except for prohibitions. I have been waiting for it to be completed for almost 2 months now. My background check has also passed and was never asked for fingerprints. I emailed my local office yesterday and I received a response stating 'Your application is pending finalization of your clearances by IRCC’s partners. For all citizenship applications, background checks are initiated, and IRCC works with its partners to complete the verification. During this process, additional delays may occur'. Just wanted to get some insights. Would I be considered a non-routine application? should I expect my prohibitions to get updated soon or would it take forever? My GCMS also states that my criminal check is passed.

Some sort of verification and background check happens until the Oath, even if security/criminality or background is completed.
