I am going from India as a non-SDS category.

I re-applied via non-SDS from India.
I have enrolled in the 2022 Winter at Cape Breton University - Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Management program.

Hi..if my student visa (for May-2022 under SDS) is rejected then what happens to GIC amount and my 1st year fees? Do college return the fees or give option to re-apply in coming session..and could we apply for refund of GIC if multiple rejections happens?

IELTS bands could be less than 6.0 in one module. Might be a PTE or TOEFL test holder. Might not be from one of the SDS-approved countries.
