I don’t believe it is a standard process. You need to check the test instructions PDF that was sent to you when you were invited to do complete your test. I ran into it today and noticed they requested me to send my passport to a specified email. I advice you to check the PDF attached in your test invitation and confirm if you were requested to send a scan of your passport

Hi, what wording did they use for the passport request? I’m looking at the attachment in my email and I see nothing about passport there. Or did you get 2 attachments?

FYI: May 11 applicant, NGF Office. No update on application after test/BG Complete on Nov 30th.

Does anyone have the same situation? Language and Physical presence turned to complete, and Background verification rolled back to in progress from completed on the same day. Prohibitions is still in progress.
