I am based out of Hamilton and received fingerprints request for wife on 5th August.
Gave fingerprints today at a commissionaire in Mississauga which will send to RCMP who will then send to IRCC. Let's see when that happens. The guys at the commissionaire said that we should hear from the IRCC in 2-3 weeks.

This is super fast. When I think about all those who applied before you online who are still waiting for test invites, no-one knows how IRCC works!! But they should have done a first come-first served!
