Can you please elaborate what was the mistake you made with your photo ID’s that they returned it? So did they returned it after the AOR or prior to it? Thanks!

This was prior to AOR. mistake was to submit copy of PR with a copy of passport (foreign) when it is clearly saying that if submitting a copy of PR then you need a valid Canadian photo ID..

For my spouse its been 1 month and even now we see the same error while trying to register - AOR recd on May 2 - sent in a technical query web form - awaiting response since 1 week

Update : Was able to register on Safari on a cell phone without any issues. No response from CIC on the technical query as of yet
