I have applied on 5th May
Eligibility review Started on 20-22nd may
Biometric given on 6th June
Medical request on 10th June
Medical Passed on 15th june

Since then no update. I raised a webform on 7th july and got a reply on 13th July that my file is still pending for officer's Review.

Nope. You might still get your decision by then, but you can't sue IRCC of you don't.

no.. i think the starting day is the day you give the biometrice

Medical request on July 13
Medical passed on July 17
