Congratulations!! Not sure why some visa offices are working and some not....looks like everything is on hold. My first refusal comes in 3 weeks, including bio.

Thank you. I hadn't been in a designated country for more than six months so i wasn't required to submit medicals. But now i have spent six months so I don't know if I should ask Accra VO whether I should submit do a medical and send to them. Not sure if it is a good idea to ask them or just wait for them to finish reviewing the application and decide

You can wait, they will definitely request you to do it if it is required. If they do not request you to do it then its fine.

quick update from this, i sent a web form on July 9 and now getting respond, just in case someone wondering if IRCC web form ever respond.
they told me they verified the information i provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.
guess now is just waiting...
