Hello,

Online applicant here - have moved residence since receiving AOR but cannot seem to change address online. Have also sent in a web request form. Phone lines are a disaster. Any other suggestions to get this change of address processed?

Hey guys just wanted to ask about the Discover Canada book that is sent. My application was delivered on May 31 and received AOR on Sept 09th.
Status Says: "We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 9, 2021." I have still not received the book in the mail, however, received the AOR by email. Is this the case with anyone else?

I just noticed in the sheet for May-2021 applicants that someone has already received a test invite. This is very exciting.
Hopefully we all receive our test invites soon.

Hi All,

I have this situation and request you guys to kindly clarify please. My application was received on 26th May 2021, with AOR on 3rd September 2021. I got a ghost update on 12th October 2021 on the new tracker. On 13th October 2021 my ecas citizenship application status turned to "In Process". On clicking to read the detailed status, I can see the following:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on May 26, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 3, 2021.

I have not received the next line item which says that " We started processing your application on DD/MM/YYYY". Is this usual or what should I interpret out of it? Has my application gone to In Process?

Further for my dependent children who I have attached along with my citizenship application their status is still at "Application Received" and has not moved to "In Process"

Hello, my application status tracker online shows that my citizenship status is in progress. The test window is 10/22/2021 - 11/11/2021. However, I haven't received an invitation email. Is this normal or should I contact them? I am not physically in Canada at the moment. My local office is Windsor.
