I cant get Original because there is a lockdown in my Country that's why I am planning to submit scanned copy.Oh, yes the original

Yes, should work. When things get normal they will ask you if they need to verify.
Most probably there will be delay

Currently CIC is working with only essential employees and the working hours are shorter. According to members feedback March and April applicants are still waiting to receive the AOR till date. Somehow still within the normal 2-3 months range however, before the Covid 19 this duration was way shorter it was down to 2-3 weeks. It is even written on the CIC website that processing time is affected.
I doubt it. They have no more visitor visas now days ! So they have more time or they supposed too but covid slowed up things for sure. Do we get atleast an email that says ....hey received your application? Or the first one is AOR1 ?
The first email is AOR1 which tells us that they received it and will begin processing. In this we will also receive application number.
Visitor Visa are proceeded in local offices/embassies. CPC Sydney is dealing only with family applications. AOR stands for acknowledgment of receipt and it is when they inform that your case is received and they started working on it and they give the Application number and the UCI. For applicant like us it is so important step just to know the application is complete, accepted and under processing.
