Hello, its been 12 days..not update yet..IELTS 7 band..once rejected again applied before 12 working days ago..not even medical update yet..anyone in same boat?

ReApplied on Feb 12(2nd time), sds online, medical passed on Feb18, review of eligibility started on Feb 26th,,after that no update
