Hello, unfortunately not yet...
My remed was passed exactly 1 week after it was submitted, right before they stopped inquiries that are not urgent.
The last time I called them was about 2 weeks ago, they could only confirm that they have received my new PC, but they still couldn't give detailed info due to the Afghanistan crisis.
