@legalfalcon Hi buddy, I have a query on behalf of my friend. He has the same AOR as mine May 30th, cec inland, bio-exempted and he recently purchased a home in Canada during the end of December 2020. Does he need to let ircc know about the purchase? Or anything that needs to be done in this case that might speed up his application to get copr? Currently, he is on BOWP.

Your immigration application has nothing to do with a purchase of a house. Even foreign national can purchase property in Canada and it has no bearing on any immigration application.

Today i received a GU and its about my biometric exempt update on my CIC profile. My AoR is May 20th 2020. Latest status from last month GCMS notes was Eligibility passed, criminality pending, security not started. I guess my criminality is finally passed now. Seems like IRCC is really working on May 17-23 application

I got a ghost update on Friday morning. I will call them on Monday to see the status.

As of Thursday night it was criminality processing and security not started.

CO-PR showed up on my account on Friday.
I didn't receive any emails but I did get that weird update on the 26th of Feb.
Do I have to apply for my PR Card now or they will be mailing me one?
