Question - The landing letter gives instructions on where to send PR Card photos. But isn't there a PERMANENT RESIDENCE CONFIRMATION PORTAL that helps with address confirmation & PR photo submission online? @legalfalcon

Yes, there is. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../immigrate-canada/pr-confirmation-portal.html

Usually IRCC will send you instructions to create an account and the remaining process happens in there. If you got the landing document, then you do not need the Portal, just follow the instructions.

First email notification - checked the online account - saw decision made with COPR details (no document).

After couple of hours - second email notification - checked online account - saw a new document which was the landing document (called as PR confirmation letter).
