Did the Gcms Notes reveal any information as to why it's met and not passed, any information in the "notes" section in the last few pages of the file?
I haven’t ordered GCMS yet, I’m trying to be patient and just wait for an update. I did speak to an agent on the phone a week ago and she said everything looks good and nothing to worry about, it’s just still processing. So maybe the second review hasn’t started yet? I have no idea lol

Mine is recommended pass since Aug 4 however, review required up till now on statutory questions cos i answered yes for if you have been refused visa before. I was refused USA visa before, but later approved. @legalfalcon , anything i can send to to hasten the process?

I also had ADR on Aug 5, docs provided Aug 24 and still is showing we're reviewing up till now. They have not touched my application since Aug 24. @caipsnotes , any input is appreciated. Thanks

There is nothing that you can do as such except keep a check on your application by webforms and GCMS notes. If your eligibility is passed or recommended passed and there are no concerns, you just have to wait it out and you need not worry about anything.

Also, factors such as visa office, the priority at that officer and workload are factors that will determine how early the applications are processed. Further, factors like your country of residence will also make a difference. But if your eligibility is passed, just relax and wait for an update.

You have not even crossed 6 months. So it is too early to expect any results. Assuming that your AoR is May 2020, and your eligibility is recommended passed you are on track and you should be happy with the progress.

@ForUs2020 you have done your part by responding to the ADR and IRCC will take the next steps with it, you may follow up with a web form and check on it. The request you received in response to the stat question is fairly common and nothing to be concerned about. No point requesting Gcms Notes again at this stage either, things are taking a bit longer than usual these days.

Is there anyone with AOR close to May 18th who still hasn't passed Eligibility, like me? The webform response I got last week said "Eligibility is being verified". Should I be worried?

Again - I think ppl with Bio exempt are stuck. I am 6 May CEC and everything is passed except bio exemption update. I do not know how they are proceeding with the applications.
hi, is your biometrics updated now ?
Not sure, if there is any such order or the update is random.. as we already have seen ppl from March, April, May , June.. some are seeing the update now..

I believe country of residence is also a major factor in this case. My AoR is in April and I have passed my eligibility in July and criminally was in process right after my AOR . But the security hasn’t started yet last time I checked. This week I got my biometric update on 6th oct. I have been living in Canada since 2015 and didn’t visit any other country except my country for 1 month. While I can see some of the applicants got COPR after 1/2 days of biometric update. I think it’s because of the security. Hope for the best .

Congrats, you are almost close to the COPR, may I know you AOR. Also, you have applied from QC, did you get any queries or letters from VO regarding intention to reside outside quebec.

Hi all,

AoR - May 31. Web form said "The Case Processing Center in Ottawa, Ontario, established that your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied" on Sept 28th.

Does this mean Eligibility passed?
It still shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements". When should I expect to see an update?
