I'm in Edmonton too!! I submitted end of May. He did his biometrics already and yes file has already been transferred to Dar Es Salaam!! We paid right to permanent residence fee last week ($490) and haven't heard anything else. Strange too they haven't asked for medicals yet. And you? how far?

Aug 06, 2019 : PPR received from LVO Manila
Aug 06, 2019: Pre arrival services
Aug 08, 2019: Passport submitted
Aug 10, 2019: Received Passport with stamp and COPR

Awesome. Mine was transferred to Dar es salaam on July 25, received med req August 20, Done August 23, Passed August 30, RPRF paid August 30, PPR September 3. Just received PPR email now.
