I am in a similar situation, but in my case the GCKEY says that the additional documents were uploaded and the file is still in CPC-Missisauga.

When they ask u for additional document ??nd u send via mail or email?

Biometrics Passed : July 30
Sponsor Approval : July 25
Medical Request : July 25
Medical Exam : July 29
Medical Passed : Aug 02
*** I did not receive AOR2 letter (Moved to VO) ***
BGC Completed : Aug 09
DM on ECAS : Aug 11
PPR & Pre-arrival service letter : Aug 15 (sent to PA's email add)
*** Renewed my passport from maiden name to married name ***
Reported the changes in my passport details (sent email to Manila-VO) : Aug 15
Received a reply from Manila VO to submit my original passport before they will update my name on the application: AUG 16
Passport Submitted : Aug 20
Application Approved on GCKEY : Aug 21 (under Married name)
Passport ready for collection : Aug 23
Collected my passport and COPR : Aug 29

Yes I’m from cebu.. Just submit your passport in vfs office in keppel bldg in cebu business park. Same office who took your biometric.

Thanks! My flight is on sept 12. They are open Mon-Fri 7am-3pm. You need to have 2 visa pictures with stamp from the studio. They suggest picture city in ayala.

Hi All,

I have received a PP request today from CIC and they want me to send necessary documents via UPS or FedEx including a pre-paid return envelope.

I went to both UPS & FedEx - they tried to generate return labels, but the system is not allowing them to do it. They both confirmed that they can't do it as it is an international shipping.

Anyone faced similar situation? If yes, how did you sent the courier to CIC Canada from USA?
