I have the same issue too, called CIC and all they did was email the instructions to report a technical issue. Really helpful I say LOL. I reported the issues including snapshots and still no response. I've given up on linking my applications. I still receive updates and notifications through my email so I'll stick to that.

try changing the number of applicants to include yourself as well. so for example, if it's you an your spouse, then 2, if you 1 dependent, then 3. this seemed to work for me.

thanks!

Hi there all,

My timeline is;

Outland Spouse Sponsorship

Sponsor: Vancouver, BC
PA: Turkey

May 21 - Application received
July 10 - AOR
July 18 - Linked application

When I've checked your timelines seems processing faster and that's very good! I wonder, is there any PA from Turkey? And what do you guys think of my situation?

Mine is fairly slow too, my PA is from India.

here is my timeline;

May 17 - application recieved
July 5 - AOR
July 5- Linked application
July 22 - Biometrics requested
July 23- Sponsor approval

Once, they have checked everything, things move along fairly quickly.

Hello everyone,
I have a couple of questions
Do they ask for any additional documents after medical exam?
Is there anyway to tell if my file has already been transferred to VO without linking my application online?
Not able to link my application after several tries

They can request additional documents at any time. You'll get an email telling you it's been transferred, it will go to the sponsor. If you check the tracker spreadsheet, there's now a tab that has some suggestions for getting your application to link to GCKey. The question that trips people up the most is "how many people are on this application" because you have to include the sponsor in that number. So for me, sponsoring just my husband, the number of people on our application was 2, not 1. So give that a try!

I thought I would share my timeline below for any more information or help!

Sponsor: Canadian Citizen living in England with husband
PA: British (husband)

Received: May 13th
SA: July 4
Medical Request: July 4

Biometrics Request: July 4
Sent to Mississauga: July 10
Biometrics completed: July 11
Biometrics on Online account: July 11

What next steps are there now? Is anyone else waiting?

Thank you!

Thank you
i am just couple days behind you. i hope i will get that today or tomorrow.

Hi everyone. I need some advice please. I did biometircs 2 weeks ago and it has not shown up in my GC key account. Any one had a similar experience??

did you get anything yet?
yea, we got the request for biometrics yesterday with SA this morning. it's been a bit off the normal range compared to others, but it's moving along.

Got an email that my file has been transferred to the local VO today.
I noticed some files don't get transferred to local VO instead go to Mississauga and then DM.
