Yes you did not move but their website clearly states you have to be physically present in Canada to sponsor a spouse. Your file can be refused I am not saying its a 100% rejection, if your lucky you’ll be fine but because of their clause of having the PR live inside Canada at the time of submitting and processing their application, there still are chances of refusal.

Thanks for the info.

So no one from May 2019 outland have got their AOR's yet? This trend is discouraging. Especially looking at March and April timelines.

The average time for AOR these days is 40-50 days. Someone from April 23rd received it today so it's just a matter of time.

I got AOR after 78 days and someone else from March after 86 days. Stay positive, it will come.

hi guys,
My application was received on 8th May. Waiting for AOR now. Is anyone over here a quebec applicant?

We are, application received May 2nd. The wait has been extremely long, we already sent the app late February, but it was returned.

Fixed everything and now we are almost 4 months in, still no AOR...

Patience and good luck!
