I am putting it here because it's important to manage expectations. It's not about being positive or negative, it's about being realistic. People hear these things and then will panic if they don't get AOR in that timeframe. Just pointing out that it's not at all uncommon for AOR to take much longer than that. Hopefully it comes fast!

My app was received on May 14th
After doing some research I found out that I was missing owp holder fees ! But too late now ... I didn’t get aor yet and i am on student visa which expires in August
I paid 1125 for permanent redency and 155 for work permit! What can I do to avoid an returned app PLEASE...

Sorry but what us ECAS. I could see that they received by the shipping company, plus i sent a email to them just for make sure if they got my application but not letter(AOR) yet.
Here is my timeline:
Application Sent: May2nd
Application Received by CIC: May 3rd
AOR: Still have not received anything
Application Sent: May2nd
Application Received by CIC: May 3rd
