Hello there:)

My husband and I haven't receive AOR yet so far. Anybody who sent application around May 1st have received it already?

Sent application......May 1st
Arrived.....May 3rd

Sorry, I am not sure what you're asking. You will get notification - acknowledgment of receipt - usually by email once they've confirmed your application is complete. Can take a few months to get that, though.

My app was received May 3rd and I haven't received anything yet.

Hi All applicatants of early May

I think there is some issue going for early may applicants who did not received any reply yet however late may applicants got thr AOR's.

I also have submitted my application on 2nd of may 2019 and received by D WONG on 3rd of May 2019 , however i did not get any reply from them yet. SO i decide to send query for same by today , i have sent my query in CIC webform let see what revert i will get .


Hope so everything would be fine , crossed my fingers.

Mine was also received May 3rd. I still have not received AOR...
Please keep us updated on what response you get. I have phoned and the person told me "it is quite normal.." which I don't believe considering people in Late May are getting AOR's and earlier applications aren't...

Hello,

Mine was also received on May 3rd. I also called and the agent told me they are still working on files received on April 25th; also, they are not told by VOs about the applications that are working on (which is true, they can't provide much information besides a temporary application number)...
Can't do anything but wait...

Sent application: May 6th
Application recieved: May 8th
AOR: waiting

My passport was up mid June, so I also applied for an extension to stay in Canada. I hope that was the right move, I haven't heard back on that application either.

As long as you applied, that's good. Until the extension is approved you are on "implied status"
