Can someone update the sheet please? I just got my AOR but could not access using the UCI# Can somebody help out??

Typically, ECAS is updated the next day.

Hi, Can you remove my name from the spreadsheet for May 2019, we had to resend the application as we missed one checkbox. I resent it on July 19 and they received on July 24th.

App Delivered: May 9, 2019
AOR: July 25, 2019

Spoke with CIC agent and came to know that they are processing applications received till May 15th.

Can you please share the number where to call? I have sent my application on May 5th 2019 by Canada Post. Mistakenly I have forgotten to put it on the tracker. Moreover, I have used the address mentioned in the document checklist " Case Processing Center-Sydney, BOX 7000, Sydney, Nova Scotia, B1P 6V6". Today, I have noticed on the website that there is another line in the address "Citizenship Grants" as 2nd line. I didn't mention that in the address. Still didn't receive AOR. Can anyone please suggest, what I should do?

Don't know if it's that important - I'm already on the google sheet for May but my physical presence days should actually be 1631...I know it's just for tracking but just an FYI for accuracy.

She said we need to wait for few more weeks and if we still have not received the AOR then call them because there are chances the application may have been sent back.

Hi, I called CIC Yesterday morning, sorry could not post yesterday. They informed that applications until May 17th are in the process of opening and can expect AORs in next couple of weeks. If you call them after 4 p.m. automated message tells that if application is received after May 17th then wait to call agent. Somehow my agent were able to tell after opening my file that application has not been returned as there were no comments.

OMG, I just saw that!! I also used the address mentioned on the document checklist.

I noticed on the spreadsheet for me that it says "In Process" in ECAS, but I am only able to login to ECAS where it shows my AOR; the status did not change to "In Process" yet. Can someone change this?

If it makes you feel any better, my application was also received on May 8th, and we haven't received any updates yet. We just have to remain optimistic

Hi,

I have few questions if somebody can respond please:

1) I have received AOR today, but still cant access my application online. I need to update my address on file. How do I access my app online?
2) Since I received AOR, does that mean I am eligible? I am asking this because I have 1099 days in my app. So I need to make sure there was no error in calculating qualifying days and that hurdle is crossed?
3) I will be leaving Canada by mid of December this year to pursue masters in another country. Given the speed with which apps are going forward, I am pretty sure I wont be done by mid of Dec, including attending oath ceremony and getting my passport. Is this reason enough to request a fast processing?
