My friend you are not stuck, bc takes a while. My background check started in November and our application was received on July 17 and its still in process. Nothing to worry, its the way this process works.

I'd be very interested to know (question is open to all), on eCAS, on the applicant side, does it say application in process? If so, what date?
Asking because I want to roughly estimate when to expect it for myself.

Yesterday i received AIP by email, and DM on both sides on ECAS. Sponsor didn't receive an email for SA which i think is ok as long as the PA received AIP.
Now just waiting for either a DM letter/email or Landing interview. Good luck everyone! Your time is coming!
