Woohoo. Had the test today in Calgary and they held the citizenship ceremony right after, as most or all of us were from out of town. The interview took about 1 min and they just asked for PR card and drivers license. Lots of happy faces ;-). 11 year journey coming to an end. So glad for this forum.

Husband and myself had interview in the Halifax office this morning,all went smoothly were told oath ceremony will be in February or March but no later ,one step closer

Got test invite today finally. I am from scarborough. Guys can anybody help me about the documents i suppose to take with me?

Take the following :

a) Letter for Invitation of Test
b) Passports (Current and Expired)
c) PR Card
d) Landing Document (if you have one)
e) Driving License and Health Card
f) If you submitted copies of IELTS, take the original copy
g) If there was a name change, take the original
h) Lastly, make sure that you check all stamps in your passport to match your entry and exit (just in case they ask).

Here is my time line
Location Toronto
IP since August 9th 2018
Test Invite: January 8th 2019
Test date: January 22nd 2019 at the Scarborough test center

Husband wrote the test 2 months ago (Nov. 8) and still no response since. They said their might be a small delay as CBSA didn't stamp one entry and they had to request records (or something like that). Still says "In Process". Well we are not too worried, we don't want his citizenship ceremony conflicting with his school practicum.

Nope. Just did an ATIP request today as that's probably the only way I'll get straight info. Stay tuned haha

Dear Fellow Applicants,

Is anyone else experiencing technical difficulties with accessing the CAS (citizenship status check) today?

I checked my status yesterday and it was 'In Progress', and when trying to log in to my account today, I get a screen where it says 'we can't identify you/retrieve your info'. I use the exact same credentials I used before (I tried both my CIC number and a case/application number), and it's not working today. I wonder if it's just a temporary technical/server problem or there is something wrong with my case...
