Well using the previous data, it seems that 60-66 days is average and around 70-75 days is median. Look at the excel sheet in my signature and then click on the link below to see the timeline.

You can call CIC at 1-888-242-2100. In Canada. Contact the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays are the least busy days for the Call Centre.
Yes, no harm in calling them. Please let us know what they tell you as it will help others who are waiting for AOR.so as per May Citizenship Tracker Excel Sheet, i have 79 days with out receiving AOR, do u think i need to call now?

Called IRCC call centre to check my application status as I didn't receive my AOR
Unfortunately, agent confirmed my file isn't in the system and created a ticket with processing centre, asked for Canada Post Tracking# and CIC epayment Receipt#.
This is insane, how could they loose a file ??

i spoke with them and they told me you need to wait for one more month and the call again if you didn't receive the AOR, they are currently dealing with applications received on May 28th 2018
