Does anyone know what happens to your app after recieving an AOR but before it goes in process?

Looks like most of May Applicant did received AOR.

What is the best way to contact IRCC to enquire about the status.

App Received - May 25
AOR - Still waiting

You should wait till 17 Aug and then call CIC on their helpline number. I am quite sure that you will get your AOR by 17 Aug.

I applied my citizenship along with my 4 years old daughter as my wife is not eligible yet. Location is markham and total physically presenece is 1121 days

Hi,
I received AOR on 30th July (already updated in the tracker) but my wife did not receive any AOR yet. We sent the application in one package.
What might be the reason?

Please update my details in the tracking sheet or remove! my applications has been returned by CIC because of printing error in one of the application of family members. CIC has clearly indicated and highlighted the reason. Thanks.

Well using the previous data, it seems that 60-66 days is average and around 70-75 days is median. Look at the excel sheet in my signature and then click on the link below to see the timeline.

You can call CIC at 1-888-242-2100. In Canada. Contact the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays are the least busy days for the Call Centre.
