Hi, Please advise when this is included in the sheet. Thanks!

This article (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ble-documents-show-identity-applications.html) clearly states that "the following are some, but not all, of the documents that can be used to establish identity".

Guys, you can enter Canada and present your PR card to the immigration officer as your ID without even showing your passport, and you are saying it might not be considered? I think it's definitely one of the primary high-security government-issued IDs. It's also the official proof of one's status in Canada. (My opinion!)

Hey has anyone who sent their application late April/early May received AOR at all? That blank 'AOR' column in the May 2018 spreadsheet is depressingg

You are right! Definitely it is one of the primary high-security government ID and also the official proof of one's state in Canada
BUT
for the purpose of your citizenship application "You cannot use your permanent resident card as identification."

Thank you all. @n.zaman, link that you are referring is for adults older than 18 years. For adults, I can understand we have multiple ID cards apart from PR card. But for kids, only thing that comes in my mind are Health Card, Passport, PR Card, School Index Record. Unfortunately, in my case school index record for my child contains few letter spelling mistakes. In my application, I have submitted for my child only one set of Passport copy which CIC will consider for travel document. And PR card and Health Card copies for Identification. Not sure whether the officer will consider as sufficient. Anyone who have submitted as I have done, please let me know.

I have asked my child's school for spelling correction. I am ready to courier this identification document once I receive. But I am afraid whether this trigger any other issue.

Creating a new thread for this issue, https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...hreads/child-identification-documents.563678/

I submitted PR and passport copies as ID :( .

Can we courier CIC the correct identification documents e.g. drivers licence, health cards etc.. prior to ALL documents being returned to us? or do we wait for x-amount of months for to the application to be eventually sent back?

I submitted an IELTS language test with photo on it with Date of birth as well..Anyone have an idea if this may be considered good enough for ID? Or is am I stretching my luck?
