The test was taken in Kelowna. The immigration officers come to Kelowna twice an year for the test& ceremony. They do not know when the next ceremony is going to be; therefore they gave us an option to expedite the process which is having the oath ceremony in Vancouver. If you choose not traveling down to Vancouver for the ceremony than you'll have to wait till the next time when the immigration officers come to Kelowna again, which may be in August or September, date has not been decided at this point.Hi I also had test Feb 13th. what do you mean by you got offered attending ceremonies?
