.. they should at least let us know why they held it.
At least some good news.We are a family of 4 with AOR 21 May and it is going to cost so much to redo medicals.Havent though received any request.

My AOR is 11th May with eligibility under review. My file was sitting with Sydney office and on 23rd March they transferred the file to Singapore.
I have now relocated from Singapore to London. Is it okay for the file to be processed by Singapore office when I do not live there anymore?
Do I need to request file be transferred to London?

We got the same request last week. We got the medicals done last Friday. Just keeping our fingers crossed hoping this is the last requirement.

I got ADR yesterday, my file had transferred to HKVO from CIO, they need my schedule 4 and my new passport. is it a good sign?
This morning, I received an email from VFS saying that my passport has been dispatched from Ankara VO to VFS visa center. I logged into my CIC account and saw that my application status is updated as below:

Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check Your background check was completed
Final decision Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
My updated timeline is as follows:
EE Profile Created: 05/02/2018
ITA: 07/02/2018
AoR: 03/05/2018 --> along with my documents, I submitted an explanation letter regarding absence of my "police certificate from USA". I initiated the process however it took 12-16 weeks for FBI to issue this certificate.
RR: 10/05/2018: CIC requested additional documents; a) Detailed travel history b) Original IELTS result.
RR: 11/05/2018: CIC granted 60 days of extension of time to submit "Police Certificate from USA".
RR: 12/07/2018: I still did not receive the police report from USA therefore requested another time extension.
RR: 13/07/2018: CIC granted another 30 days of time extension for police certificate.
RR: 13/12/2018: CIC requested Schedule A: Background Declaration Form
RR: 09/01/2019: CIC requested to provide an original police report or court records.
As I did not follow up my status precisely (only when message received) I do not know the exact dates of status updates like IP1, IP2 and MEP.
I recently started to follow the system on a daily basis and I noticed 3 ghost updates on the following dates:
Ghost update 1: 14/02/2019
Ghost update 2: 28/02/2019
Ghost update 3: 07/03/2019
PPR: 14/03/2019
Passport submitted to VFS: 18/03/2019
VFS acknowledged the receipt: 19/03/2019
VFS sent passport to Ankara Visa Office: 20/03/2019
Application approval email: 02/04/2019

I received my passport back from Ankara VO on 03/04/2019 with immigrant visa and COPR document. The status of my progress is changed as "approved" on CIC website.
