Hey Andy, would you mind confirming if the email provided above still works for Visa Office queries? I just received an auto reply that discourages from sending such queries to this email. They asked to fill a web form however, the web form is for over-due applications, as far as I can see. Thoughts?

I have a question though, I have already Submitted my PCC for Australia and India, however I have attached a LOE letter, to explain that I have applied Mauritius one too which takes 8 Weeks, since I have lived in Mauritius in 2010. Would that be any complications if I submit after or delay my process further?

At last, I have already did my medical from Sydney Australia, paid around 600$! Quite a lot of money.

I'm AOR: May 10th, MEP: May 19th, IP1: around May 20th, IP2: May 26th.
I didn't know we can estimate the processing progress according to the wording, so I didn't check it frequently.
Currently, my BC shows 'We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.'
Does it mean that I am in IP2?
Is there anyone who got the PPR?
