My medical report was uploaded on May 2nd. It has been 20 days. So I am a little bit worried. Thank you for your reply.

Thanks. I got my reference letter updated with email I'd of HR. Though, now my concern is that my company has a sister site and the HR email is hosted on the sister site's domain. Say my company website is ABC.com and sister company is XYZ.com. So the contact Email address of HR is hrg @XYZ.com instead of hrg@ABC.com.
Do you think I should explain it in LOE in case visa officer consider it some discrepancy.
Please help !

My ME passed on 24th day after medical exam. I investigated and found because my clinic updated the report to IRCC on 22nd day after Medical exam, so it passed on 24 days after medical done
Thanks friend ! should I then contact the hospital from where I did my medical check up? I hope it will work out
