I am so frkn Annoyed! i sent a long email to my Visa office- letting them know that i hope they understand their clients frustration as their life gets on HOLD due to this. and how come my file has been hold for so long without being touched? I didnt mention that i knew this from GCMS- even though they can see it i ordered- however i mentioned i found this from emailing MR RALP Goodele- MP in canada!

So its roles and resp. Of one of my job and they calculated as 11 months for my canadian exp.

Updated letter of emp is updated on my file in aug 10 so thats latest update nothing else waiting 6 month mark for writing an cse- web form

hello guys,
I have applied for EE through CEC Category on May 4th,2018 with one dependent at that time and the RPRF was required on May 23rd,2018 and paid & submitted on same day however my wife was pregnant that time so we have submitted old medical because it was valid till august 10th,2018.however before some time around June our medical was passed on the CIC Portal but after some time it went from passed to not required so what does it mean? and also our work permit has alreday expired on Oct. 12th,2018 but we have applied for BOWP so now we are on implied status here .Please requesting help here.

They didn't update me about it, I got to know through GCMS and considering the recommendation that it's better to respond pro-actively rather than waiting for ADR I had submitted revised doc. for proof of work ex.

Hi Gagan,

From my personal experience i understood it would be not advisable to wait for them to come back to you. i waited for 5 months thinking everything is ok seeing the online update and calling once with a positive response in between, but in the end came to know from the notes that my work exp format is rejected. i have uploaded through webform now and praying for a miracle for them to accept it.

As this is a life changing decision for us, lets not keep anything to them, after the 1st 45 days we should atleast ask for a GCMS notes every month till PPR if within that period your online account is not updated.

This is my personal view, may not match with others.

Oh my God. Why are they doing this to some applicants. It’s better if they prioritize according to aor dates. You can’t do anything apart from just waiting. I hope your file will soon move and you will get your ppr soon.

No LOE on letterhead- did you provide the reason why you couldn't get it on the letterhead from HR? instead you got it done from your manager
2: did you provide any documents recently? I mean prior ordering GCMS notes? If so that could be the reason or Edoc listed there.
At last, Yes Genpact is big, however how would a junior officer verify your duties based on manager email? Were those duties listed accordingly as per the NOC code? one by one?
Since you are PNP and may aor, what is your IP? i suppose you are in Ip1 since your visa office is CIO.

at last, ask your boss to put that in a company letter head- i am sure they can- if not attach their business card- and provide an explanataion why this cannot be done.

Human International Rights Violations. It´s one of the security-related assessments. Unless you´ve been involved in some sort of mass murder/militia or something like that, you shouldn´t worry at all.



The date your application should be looked at again. Doesn´t necessarily mean something should be done.



If I understood it correctly, the work experience letter doesn´t include your duties, and because of that, you provided two documents: an e-mail from your supervisor describing the job duties - which isn´t an official document for all purposes, and the letter from your company describing everything else. The analyst forwarded this information for review, so the officer can make a final decision upon that.

Can´t you provide a new company letter with all the required information?

My agent told me that I could submit an affidavit, an email from my manager & a copy of his ID card (badge) which I did. The email contains my manager's phone number & email address. More information about my company is available on the internet. The job duties I listed match the NOC.

I have not received request for any additional information from my agent & the CIC agents I spoke with have also said that no additional documents are needed.

So seeing that I really cannot provide any more information regarding my job duties & the fact that it has been almost 6 months since AOR, what is the best course of action for me? Is it likely that my application is on course for a rejection?

The job letter can be signed by your supervisor. Can´t he sign a complete letter on the company letterhead?

Other option that I´ve commonly seen here is that the supervisor writes the job duties and other information that the company won´t list, but notarizes his letter. You can explain the situation with a LOE, in this case.

As for what you can do, you can provide new documents by raising a CSE and attaching the documents, or wait for IRCC´s contact. Your call.

Of late, there has been no good news of PPRs for May applicants. Seems to have dried up. I think the lucky ones from May have already gone through and what remains now are mostly the ones who are stuck with Review Required. No set timeline for review to be taken up, most of us will cross the 6 months mark soon but will continue to remain clueless on the fate of our applications. Though hopeful and optimistic but the wait does not seem to end anytime soon.
