mine shows- application is in process... BGC yet to start

i ordered for GCMS notes on 26th july. additionally i called them last week, and the agent told me everything is fine and the online status may or may not change at times. Even in cases where the BGC has started the online status remains the same.

What did your gcms report say?

I finally managed to talk to the CIC agent today - the first time ever I talk to them since my AOR May 17th. She said everything looks fine and it is waiting for the next action, and also asked me to check my email regularly for the further update.
I ask them where is the visa office and she said its has been never transferred to other offices but it is now located at Ottawa. Hmm... I have seen many people managed to know some other details, such as whether their eligibility or criminality is passed by talking to the agent. But I was so nervous while on the phone so I couldn't ask more detailed questions

Hope I can get some good news in September...

I was nervous as well when I had called about a month back and didn't ask detailed question. Plus I really didn't know I could ask specific questions on eligibility, criminality and BG. But I think it is a good news your file is at Ottawa. Given the rain of PPRs from Ottawa in last two days hope you get good news soon as well.

I got my AOR on 15 may 2018, My medicals passed status was updated on 28may 2018.but since then, nothing has changed. My background check has not been started yet. Its 4 months now since AOR.Do i need to worry. Kindly help

I am not sure whether to worry or not. Not yet I believe, just to wait
A lot of May AOR already received ppr but a lot still in the same boat - no updates after medical passed, ip1.

hey, i ordered on 26 Aug, so not yet. but i am hoping a PPR before the notes arrive!!
