My husband is in London, and I am currently in Canada. I have sponsored my husband to come here outland spousal sponsorship. He has done his schedule a and medical and not heard anything back ever since his file is sitting in Mississauga we rang cic and has not been forwarded to London yet.

I don't know there's no email or what so ever. It said it was sent on june 25 but on that day i was requested for my sched A and pcc the letter of explanation was not there and the day I submitted my sched a and pcc still that msg is not there it's like it just popped out.
Yesterday i received an email saying that i have a msg in my cic then when i opened it's a AOM request that's the only unread msg in my cic then when i clicked the "view submitted app" under the "supporting docs" there's a "optional doc" then it says replacement overdue doc name letter of explanation and when i clicked the info it says "If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation to your application." and the due date was Aug 4.

Question. We have mailed in the police check to mexico city but no request to upload online. How will we know once they have recieved it ? (We have tracking and it was already delivered and signed for but nothing has changed online)

Hey, We sent police certificate to mexico july 27 ( they requested it the same day) , next day on the 28th they updated our gc to upload it online as well, so far we just have tracking number saying it was received and nothing has change on the system.

Hey, We sent police certificate to mexico july 27 ( they requested it the same day) , next day on the 28th they updated our gc to upload it online as well, so far we just have tracking number saying it was received and nothing has change on the system.

Thank you for the update. They have not requested it to be uploaded online at all, but ours was mailed in and got there August 1st. So we are probably in a similar place. Goodluck!!

My visa office is New Delhi, on 22nd June they have asked only for PCC (Shcedule A is not requested) and have uploaded the same on 23rd June. Post that my ECAS is showing in process and then AOR2 is received on 5th July. Post this date I have received neither any updates on my account nor anything on documents uploaded status. Is it normal or do I need to contact them???Please suggest.

My application was received by cic on 25th of may 2017 along with upfront PCC. But my PCC expired on 31st of july 2017, would I be asked for a new PCC? Thanks

I think you just uploaded them but didn't submit. To submit your uploaded documents you have to click on next and then electronically sing then press finish and you will see the massage you successfully submit your documents

Same here with me. My wife is in canada and im in pakistan. I have also provided schedule A and medical. My sponsorship approved on 21st April 2017 but still my file is at Mississauga and has not been transfered to LVO yet.
When u called to CIC what they said to you?
